1. About Seevo and These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Seevo, a mobile application and related services ("Service") provided by BioByte Informatics Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at 21/152, Panadans Corrazone, Cochin University PO, Kochi — 682022, Kerala, India ("BioByte", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using Seevo, you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you are using Seevo on behalf of a family member or dependant, you confirm you have the authority and consent to do so on their behalf.
2. What Seevo Is — and What It Is Not
Seevo is a general wellness information tool that helps you understand medical laboratory reports by converting them into plain-language summaries, using artificial intelligence calibrated to reference ranges relevant to Indian populations, and where available, in your preferred Indian language.
Seevo is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Every health-related output in Seevo is accompanied by the guidance: "We explain. A doctor confirms." Seevo does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace a consultation with a registered medical practitioner. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
Seevo is classified as a general wellness application. It is not intended to be used as a medical device for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease, and is positioned in accordance with applicable Indian regulatory guidance for low-risk software wellness tools.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
To use Seevo, you must be at least 18 years of age, or be using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and when uploading medical reports, including correctly identifying which family member or individual a report belongs to within the Health Memory Vault feature.
4. Uploading Reports and AI-Generated Content
When you upload a medical lab report via photo, PDF, or WhatsApp, you grant BioByte a limited licence to process that report using artificial intelligence, including third-party AI models, solely for the purpose of generating your personalised health summary, tracking trends over time, and providing the features described within the Service.
AI-generated summaries, trend forecasts, and the BioByte Health Score, where applicable, are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes only. Trend and forecast features are explicitly framed as observations, not certainties, and require at least two and three data points respectively before being shown.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any report you upload, including ensuring it belongs to the correct profile within your Health Memory Vault, and for confirming any values flagged by Seevo during the value confirmation step before analysis proceeds.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Seevo offers a free tier and a paid subscription tier, currently Rs. 299 per month or Rs. 2,499 per year, subject to change. Paid subscriptions provide access to additional features as described within the app at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through the Google Play Store or other authorised payment processors, and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.
6. Emergency Profile Feature
Seevo offers an Emergency Response Profile feature that allows you to create a publicly accessible emergency information page, accessible via a unique link and QR code, containing health information you choose to share, intended to assist medical responders in an emergency. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you choose to include, and for understanding that information placed on this page may be accessible to anyone who scans the QR code or accesses the link, regardless of whether they are a medical professional.
7. Lab Partner Bookings
Where Seevo facilitates booking of diagnostic tests with partner laboratories ("Lab Partners"), BioByte acts as an intermediary connecting you with the Lab Partner. The actual provision of testing services is performed by the Lab Partner under their own terms of service, and BioByte is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of any test performed by a Lab Partner. Prices for tests are set by the Lab Partner at their standard rates.
8. User Conduct
- Upload reports or information that are not your own or that of someone for whom you have authority to act.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or reference range databases used by Seevo.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person.
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of it.

12. Termination
You may stop using Seevo and delete your account at any time through the in-app data deletion feature, which removes your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. BioByte may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or to BioByte, or if required to do so by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
